Be a young African between 16 and 35 years old.
Be fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).

Be digitally literate with consistent access to a laptop and the internet.

Be currently engaged in or aspiring to break into the tech space.

Be able to commit 2 dedicated hours weekly for the program's full 6-week duration.
